7.Create 80x120 small arena
8.Fence and sand small arena
9.Install sidewalk to barn and house
10.Install Cross ties
11.Repair Electric in house and barn
12.Concrete East end of barn
13.Install drainage for barn flooding

15.Purchase/find 6 english school saddles and 4 western plus bridles and girths

1.Obtain used skidsteer with fence post auger and other tools for trail cleanup & maintenence
2.Remove 3 trees in the back pasture that are dead.
3.Install access road to barn and hay barn & add build additional Hay storage 50x20
4.Build a 100x200 Large outdoor arena & Permanent 80' Round Pen
5.Cleanup logged areas & finish trails
6.Build a cover on the small arena with solar panels on the roof & resurface with recycled rubber footing
7.Increase parking lot and pave - Add perimeter fence and gate to drive
8.Set up Scouting Campground: Add Gazebo, playarea, & fire pit area
9.Purchase of Ogle property, fence pasture, run water to pasture, build 30x20 run-in shed
10. Clean pond & add horse therapy swimming dock, benches, rock beach, restock, aerator
11. Purchase of KDI property all the way to Beechmont Avenue for access, public parking, and additional trails
12. Move Quinlan's out of current house and remodel to include office, rest rooms, classroom, viewing area- Community Center
