Health issues: discomfort in stifle area, was treated for ulcers in the summer of 09.
Previous Owner notes: Forte was on the track til he was 5. After that, he came to me and I rode him dressage and did some showmanship with him until he developed a little discomfort in the stifle area (last summer). The vet feels he would be sound with injections. Forte was a WONDERFUL ride. He was willing, NOT spooky at all, loved the work. His horse can move. He's forward and flowing until he has weight on him, which is where the injections would help. He gets along great with other horses and loves to work. He's just gorgeous and really gets the looks. If I had the time and money I would definitely hold on to him, but i'm relocating for college.
* **Offsite placements are horses that are not located at Beechmont Stables, but with a foster home or the current owner. We require an adoption application before you may visit the horse. All applications are screened by Beechmont Stables and the current foster/owner. Beechmont stables does all of the adoption paperwork and follows up on offsite placement once a year.
