**The arena will have open walls for the summer for shaded riding. In the winter, clear sheeting will cover the open spaces to create a greenhouse effect while allowing natural lighting. The south end of the barn house solar panels. The solar panels will provide all of the energy for the facility making it more self sustainable year round.
After 5 years of closing down for the winter, we are FINALLYon the verge of installing an arena roof. Last year the Katie's Kids group raised enough money for most of the actual roof. We need to purchase 200 6x6x20 posts to hold it up and suport it with! So here we go for our summer "roof" raiser.
Each post will be donated by an individual, group, or family. Every post will have a plaque listing the donor/s and an inspirational word such as SUCESS, PRIDE, JOY, LOVE, INSPIRATION, etc. Donors may choose their word or one can be chosen for them. Posts are $100 each.
