Hi Judy. Just wanted to take a minute and give you an update on Mr BoJangles (formerly known as Astro at your barn). My, oh my, I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have been given the opportunity to adopt this baby. He's a whopping 9 weeks old now. Last measurement we did about 2 wks ago, the tape said he was weighing about 180lbs, up from 135 when he was 2 wks old. He is growing so tall for a baby, and if I try to remember, I think he was about 10.2hh at last measure. He looks great and feels great...not sure how good our measuring was though but everyone who stops by says he looks perfect. It's just funny to recall when he first came home, he couldnt see out the stall window and now he can rest his head on the ledge. He is beautiful. He still wants to be a bit squirrley at times but settles quickly, like when it's time to lead him out to the pasture...think he just gets so excited to go. He walks for us pretty good, I think. He lets us brush him, lift his feet and pick his hooves very well. He gives kisses to me and talks to me everytime I go to the barn. We all just love him. Thank you again!
